Cabbage Adai

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
¼ cup toor dal
¼ cup chana dal
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
2-3 green chilies, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Instructions:
Soak rice, toor dal, and chana dal together for 3-4 hours.
Grind them coarsely with water to make a thick batter.
Add chopped cabbage, onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt to the batter.
Heat a tawa, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it thickly.
Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or jaggery.
